Privacy & your business data

Your workspace stores the financial, customer, marketing, and coaching information you choose to provide. Business owners control team and coach access. Private reflections are accessible only to the owner and explicitly authorised coaches.

Connected services receive only the data required for the requested feature. The coach sends structured business metrics and the questions you submit to the configured AI provider. Do not include customer personal information or secrets in coaching messages.

Authentication cookies are essential. Financial pages are not cached for offline use. Integration tokens are encrypted using ASP.NET Core Data Protection. Owners can export workspace data from Settings and request access corrections or account closure through the platform operator.

Retention settings record your business’s retention policy. Financial records are never automatically erased: retention and deletion requests require an authorised review of applicable recordkeeping obligations. Disconnecting an integration removes its stored refresh token.

The platform operator must publish its legal entity, Information Officer contact details, privacy request process, processing agreements, and complete POPIA policy before public launch. Notice version: October 2026.
